Will you help me haul away my old item and dispose of it?
No. Our service personnel is not expected to haul away your old items and packaging items.
What is the cancellation policy of this service?
You may reschedule your appointment within 24 hours before your scheduled service date for free. Fees may be applied when canceled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Can I pay upon delivery for this service?
We require full payment of this service prior to the service schedule.

The only issue is that the drawer was not aligned and not smooth to open. But no worries, I already fixed it.

The delivery fee was outrageously expensive! But the shoe cabinet from Furniture Manila with the sliding door is good enough except that the doors don’t slide to close fully! Did not bother anymore to point out the issue to them, was not in the mood anymore.
